Contributors must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.

Contributors are required to have a Discord account or be willing to make one, as our primary form of communication will be done in the zine’s Discord server.

Be polite, kind, and considerate to your fellow contributors and the mods. No rude or inappropriate behaviour will be allowed; it may result in your ejection from the project.

We ask our contributors to adhere to the schedule and turn in check-ins on time. We understand that sometimes life can happen, in which case we can grant an extension should you ask with at least 24 hours in advance.

We encourage communication as we believe it’s the best way to work in a team setting. Failure to respond and/or ghosting the mods pings will result in removal from the zine without objection.

Applicants must submit a portfolio following the specifics given for the role they're applying for.

Portfolios should highlight the applicant's best work. Thus, one link that is easily accessible should contain all of the required pieces in one place (e.g., VGen, Carrd, Google Drive, AO3, etc). If using Drive, please ensure link sharing is set to “Anyone can view”.

All samples must include at least ONE Galladay piece. Individual pieces of Gallagher and Sunday are also accepted, but at LEAST ONE ship piece is mandatory within the portfolio. The rest of the samples can be anything.

The zine is Galladay. Meaning Top Gallagher/Bottom Sunday dynamic. Submissive top Gallagher/Dominant bottom Sunday works are also allowed.

Dead Dove content is not allowed.

Applicants may apply for more than one role but may only be accepted for one.

Applicants will have to submit 3 (three) pieces that best represent their style and showcase their writing skills.

All submissions must be up to 3,000 words in length.

At least ONE of your samples must be a complete, self-contained story. Excerpts are permitted as long as they can stand alone.

At least ONE of the submitted works must be a Galladay piece. Individual pieces of Gallagher and Sunday are also accepted, but at LEAST ONE ship story is mandatory. The rest of the samples can be anything.

Additional for NSFW applicants:

You must provide at least ONE explicit fic in your three samples.

At least ONE of your explicit samples must be Top Gallagher/Bottom Sunday.
